The hotel itself was a gorgeous option. Cascades Restaurant, where you can eat, is a short walk to the property. We were at the suite and it met the demands. There was free parking.

the location was near to everything we wanted to do. had good sleep at the bungalow.

It is a really nice villla with only 2 rooms. The garden is really serene and pool is really nice

Only problem is its distance from villa to shopping aras, it is quite far and deep inside but the cmplimentary drive is helpful to bring us in and out of the town..

The staff at Suara Air are excellent. Goman made a lovely breakfast and made sure our room was kept tidy. Wyang did the transport for us from our previous hotel and to restaurants for lunch and dinner. The hotel itself is placed in a lovely location between two running mountain streams and tropical gardens. There is a small rice field which can be seen from the upstairs suite. The bathrooms in all rooms are beautiful. The space available in the suites is more than ample for a family. The superior room is quite suite as well. The pool overhangs a hillside and looks into a valley of coconuts and other tropical plants. It is a lovely retreat from the noise in city areas.

Power cut outs were common which also affected wifi. Also, lunch and dinner either required that we go out (20 min free transport to and from Ubud) or order delivery ( which was limited and usually cold). A small fridge in each room would also be useful. The safety deposit box should be fixed somehow to something in the room and clear instructions on how to use it should be made available.
